A five-shot guided capture — flat, flash, and tilted light — feeds a measurement engine that reads centering to a fraction of a millimetre and maps the surface from the flash pair. Vision models add context. A human signs off before any grade publishes.
- Deterministic measurements for centering, corners, and edges — the same numbers every time.
- Flash / no-flash surface mapping catches scratches, dents, and print lines a single photo hides.
- Trim and screen-recapture checks route anything suspicious straight to a human reviewer.
